I designed and executed go-to-market plans for a crypto compliance product in different markets. This includes:
training sales teams and customers on the product in different APAC markets;
developing pre-sales and sales materials; and
working on a support model.
I built pipelines for a crypto risk tool through doing product demos, covering the product at multiple events, and organizing webinars.
The biggest webinar was in Hong Kong with 62 attendees from large banks at a 72% attendance rate.
Of the feedback respondents, 100% would recommend the webinar to a colleague.

Designed the information architecture for the help center.
Audited, created, and managed the content of the help center, including setting up a style guide. This led to a threefold increase in visitors in three months.
Created and implemented a localization process for the help center content with our localization experts.
Drafted PRDs for the work messenger and managed sprints with developers and designers.
Supported customers on the messenger features.
Completed a UX copy audit of the product in English, covering all features in-app

An onboarding flow;
A leave status feature where PTO was pulled from the HR system to be displayed in the messenger; and
